Shelly Rolwing

Director of Events

Shelly enjoys working with clients to create an event and bring it to life, one step at a time. Her job involves thinking outside the box every day to come up with a fresh perspective and ideas for events. She makes sure all events — from a corporate party for thousands to a non-profit fundraiser gala — go smoothly. This means everything from putting the final touches on decor, to managing staff on-site, to keeping the program running on time, to orchestrating dozens of vendors with set-up and tear down. Shelly’s talent and years of experience in the event industry on a global scale help create events that are unique and exceed our
clients’ expectations.

Shelly is a Mizzou grad with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in marketing. She has worked in all facets of event management: as a travel director for Maritz Travel, a convention services manager at a five-diamond hotel, The Grand America Hotel in Utah during the 2002 Winter Olympics, with the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Association for city-wide conventions and conferences, and as a meeting planner for Experient (now Maritz) specializing in logistics of planning conventions and trade shows. Shelly and her husband, Dawson, have three children:  Connor at University of Arkansas, Riley is in high school and Lucy is in middle school.
