Karen Fender

Karen joined KMC as the marketing communications coordinator in 2022. Karen first started working as an on-site event manager for KMC Events, and is excited to become part of the marketing communications team. Karen works on graphic design and marketing communications strategy for KMC clients. She has a bachelor’s of journalism degree and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Karen and her husband have raised three kids and will soon become empty nesters – although with five dogs in the family, they’ll still have furry friends around!
